| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To omit a prism for forming a beam and to miniaturize and lighten a device by making a far visual field into a circle with a surface light emitting laser as the light source of an optical pick-up. CONSTITUTION:As a semiconductor laser 10 of an optical pick-up device, a surface light emitting laser is used. For the laser, a part of thin films 21 and 22 formed at a substrate 25 goes to an active area 20 and a light 23 is seen so as to come out of the fine area of a substrate 25. By making the aperture of the surface, in which the light 23 comes out, into a circle, a far visual field pattern 24 of the light 23 is also made into the circle. Consequently, an anamorphic prism to convert a conventional elliptical light emitting pattern into a circular pattern is not necessary, and the optical pick-up can be miniaturized and lightened. |
