| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To easily correct a focusing position and to eliminate dispersion in the focusing position in one beam due to an astigmatic difference by providing a collimator optical system provided with plural lens members, and forming first and second cylindrical optical devices with large focal distances in the optical system movably, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The positions of the first cylindrical optical devices 4, 4', and 4'' and the second cylindrical optical devices 5, 5', and 5'' can be adjusted independently, respectively. Those cylindrical optical devices are the ones to refract only an optical component with the astigmatic difference on one side in two directions, and the optical component on one side are focused by first lenses 3, 3', and 3'', the first cylindrical optical devices 4, 4', and 4'', and a focusing optical device, and the optical component on the other side by the first lenses 3, 3', and 3'', the second cylindrical optical devices 5, 5', and 5'', and the focusing optical device. In such a way, it is possible to focus a laser beam on a prescribed one point correctly by evading the influence of the astigmatic difference of a semiconductor laser. |
