| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To execute write and red by a light beam by executing a turn-on/turn- off operation of a light beam by changing a frequency of an external injection light. CONSTITUTION:The title device is provided with a resonator 4 for turning on or off an output light of a semiconductor laser 1, and a frequency stabilizing means 20 for stabilizing an oscillation frequency of the semiconductor laser 1 so as to coincide with a resonance peak of the resonator 4 in accordance with an output of this resonator 4. In this state, by allowing the frequency of the semiconductor laser 1 to coincide with the resonance peak of the resonator 4, write of information is executed, and by detaching said frequency from the resonance peak, read-out can be executed. In such a way, a memory which can turn on and off the output light of the semiconductor laser, and also, continues both the turn-on state and the turn-off state until an injection light is applied can be obtained. |
