| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To sufficiently suppress a return light noise and to simplify a structure by limiting the transmissive factor of an optical system to an arbitrary value less than a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:In a head, the transmissive factor of the optical system consisting of optical devices such as a convergence lens 2 arranged on the optical axis of a semiconductor laser beam source 1, a beam splitter 3, and a convergence lens 4, etc., is limited to the arbitrary value less 80%. For example, by setting the transmissive factor of the convergence lens in the optical head where a return light quantity of 1% exists at 20%, a semiconductor laser can be operated in a state where the return light quantity of 0.04% exists. |
