| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To simplify a lens moving mechanism and to facilitate the adjustment of it by a method wherein two or more laser rays are divided into a first and a second light source section which are put together into two optical paths that are parallel to each other, which are finally compounded through a light wave compounding optical element. CONSTITUTION:In the adjustment of laser beams 3a-3j emitted from semiconductor lasers 3A-3J of a first and a second light sources 10 and 20, convex lenses 11 and 12 are made to move respectively for the light sources 10 and 20 so as to enable the beams 3a-3j to be precisely parallel beams respectively. In succession, the laser beams 3a-3j are positionally aligned with the laser beams 3f-3j radiated from the light source 20 employed as a reference with regard to a lateral position of the laser beams and also positionally aligned with the laser beams 3a-3e emitted from the light source 10 used as a reference with regard to a longitudinal position by moving the convex lenses 11 and 12. As mentioned above, the position alignment and the focal point adjustment of the laser beams 3a-3j can be made through the positional adjustment of the convex lenses 11 and 12, so that the adjusting operation is facilitated and a lens moving mechanism can be simplified. |
