| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To maintain each beam at prescribed light intensities by providing a photodetector which outputs a light intensity monitoring signal at the position where a preceding and succeeding beams are simultaneously received by performing electrical processes in accordance with the presence/absence of recorded signals. CONSTITUTION:A photodetector 14 which outputs a light intensity monitoring signal is provided on the position where two beams of a preceding and succeeding beams A and B are simultaneously received. Then the light intensity of the succeeding beam B is controlled based on the light intensity monitoring signal at the timing when no recorded signal exists and the light intensity of the preceding beam A is controlled based on a held light intensity monitoring signal held when no recorded signal exists at the timing when recorded signals exist. Moreover, the light intensity of the preceding beam A is controlled based on the difference signal between the held light intensity monitoring signal and light intensity monitoring signal at the timing when recorded signals exist and the light intensity of the preceding beam A is controlled based on a held difference signal held when recorded signals exist at the timing when no recorded signal exists. Therefore, the intensity of the laser beam can be stabilized. |
