| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To contrive the increase of the function of an optical disk device with a simple constitution by receiving the output beams of two pieces of laser elements of an optical disk irradiation semiconductor laser by one piece of photodetector and controlling the element, and controlling the oscillation stop of one element. CONSTITUTION:Spot light beams 31, 32 are formed in a disk 30 by semiconductor laser elements 1, 2 opposed at the minute interval of an optical head 20, a reflected light is demodulated and inputted to a system control circuit 15, a switching circuit 12 is controlled, and at the time of reproduction of an address area continued from the servo-area of each sector of the disk 30, the switch 12 is turned off. Subsequently, through a photodetector 3 of the element 1, an output is processed by a sample-hold circuit 5, and a comparator 8 to which a reference value is added, and the element is brought to negative feedback control. In a subsequent address area section, the circuit 12 is turned on by the circuit 15 and the element 2 is reoscillated, the output of the element 2 by a differential amplifier 6 is processed in the same way and the element 2 is brought to negative feedback control, and a disk device is allowed to have a multi-function such as overwrite and a verifying function by the simple constitution of only one piece of photodetector. |
