CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor laser 2 is used as a light source, this laser 2 is provided with a plurality of current injection regions 23, 24 and 25 and a reverse bias is applied to a photodiode 26 arranged in the rear of the laser 2 to make it possible to lead out a current to correspond to the output of the laser 2. Moreover, information to be recorded on the basis of a record/regenerated signal recognized by a microprocessor 35 is modulated by a set modulation system, necessary information, such as error correcting codes and the like, is added, the information is converted into a record format and a current is injected in the region 23 through a driving circuit 3 Moreover, a high-frequency current obtained by an oscillation circuit 38 is injected in the region 25 to reduce return light induced noise, a current including an AC component of a phase inverted by an inverting circuit 39 is injected in the region 24 and a bias is applied to the regions 24 and 25 from bias circuits 37 and 36. |
