| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To allow the position of an image point to be moved while a lens consisting of a diffraction grating structure is held fixed and to shorten access time by constituting the above mechanism of the above-mentioned lens and a light source which varies the oscillation wavelength by a wavelength varying means provided on the outside of a semiconductor laser. CONSTITUTION:The lens, such as micro Fresnel lens, having the diffraction grating structure is moved in the position of its image point in the optical axis direction by the wavelength of incident light. For example, the light from the semiconductor laser 101 is assumed to be condensed to the image point 103 if the wavelength of this light is the same as the design wavelength of the micro Fresnel lens 102. The image point 104 of the light of the wavelength shorter than the design wavelength moves in the direction parting from the lens if the above-mentioned light is assumed to be made incident on such micro Fresnel lens from the semiconductor laser 10 Conversely, the image point 105 moves in the direction proximate to the lens if the light of the long wavelength is made incident. The position of the image point is, therefore, changed by combining the light source of the variable oscillation wavelength and the lens having the diffraction grating structure and varying the oscillation wavelength of the light source. The access time is shortened in this way. |
