| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit, and to unnecessiate a high apeed amplifier by deciding an LD current only with an LD current command value by a CPU and executing the monitoring of a power detecting signal in the normal state of a reproduction mode or an erase mode. CONSTITUTION:Since current flowing to an LD10 can be decided unequivocally only by the LD current command value by each mode outputted from a CPU 15 to a current control circuit 5, the LD current command value is obtained by an LD power initial adjustment, and a power switching adjustment at a mode switching time is unnecessiated. Then, first the LD current command value at the reproduction mode or the erase mode is decided so that a power detecting signal VPD of the normal state becomes a value corresponding to a prescribed value respectibely. And considering that generally the light emitting efficiency (PLD/ILD) characteristic of the LD 10 is approximately constant, by obtaining to calculate the LD current command value at a recording mode from the LD current command value for reproducing and erasing, as the constitution unnecessary to confirming the output of a monitor output amplifier 1 at the recording mode, it is possible not to use the high speed amplifier for the monitor output amplifier |
