CONSTITUTION:A laser beam 4 oscillated from the semiconductor laser 1 is received by a reverse biased photodiode 2 and the signal outputted from the anode of this photodiode 2 is amplified by a nonlinear amplifier 3 and is then fed back to the anode of the semiconductor laser 1, by which the laser beam 4 is put into the chaos state. |
