英文摘要According to an embodiment, a semiconductor laser drive circuit includes first and second high-speed current sources, a low-speed current source, and a coupler. The first and second high-speed current sources have the same or substantially the same characteristics, and the low-speed current source has a characteristic of rising slower than the high-speed current sources. The coupler includes a first output side transmission path for the first high-speed current source having a first characteristic impedance, a second output side transmission path for the second high-speed current source having the first characteristic impedance, and a third output side transmission path for the low-speed current source, and combines signals flowing through the first to third output side transmission paths and outputs the result to the semiconductor laser. The coupler has two resistors of the same resistance value arranged and connected in series between the first and second output side transmission paths, the third output side transmission path is connected to an intermediate point where the resistors are connected, and the first and second output side transmission paths are extended by a predetermined distance by lines having a second characteristic impedance, which is greater than the first characteristic impedance, and connected.
