英文摘要This wavelength conversion device for laser light is provided with: a translucent first substrate (101); a translucent second substrate (103); and a phosphor layer (102) provided sandwiched between the first substrate (101) and the second substrate (103), and having a phosphor which converts the wavelength of incident laser light of a prescribed wavelength. The laser irradiation power density of the laser light is 0.03 W/mm2 or greater, and the thermal conductivities of the first substrate (101) and the second substrate (103) are greater than the thermal conductivity of the phosphor layer (102).
