| 英文摘要 | In order to provide a low-cost light emitting device with high accuracy, which enables a package structure of a laser diode to have excellent heat dissipation properties, and a lighting fixture for vehicles, a light emitting device (1) according to the present invention is provided with a silicon substrate (11), a laser diode (21) which is mounted on a (100) surface of the silicon substrate (11) and outputs light, a reflector (31) which is formed on a (111) surface of the silicon substrate (11) and reflects the light outputted from the laser diode (21), and a lens (41) which is integrally formed with the silicon substrate (11) so as to be positioned above the reflector (31). This light emitting device (1) is a structure in which the silicon substrate (11), the laser diode (21) and the lens (41) are packaged. |
