| 英文摘要 | This light resonator (2) comprises a light source unit (3) and an output coupler (4). The light source unit emits light. The output coupler causes the light emitted from the light source unit to resonate and emits output light (L1). The output coupler comprises a mirror (44), a polarization separation element (42), at least one quarter wavelength plate (43), and an adjustment unit (40). The mirror is disposed in such a manner as to reflect the light from the light source unit. The polarization separation element is disposed in the optical path between the light source unit and the mirror, and causes a first polarization component of the light that has entered by being reflected by the mirror to be emitted to the light source unit and a second polarization component to be emitted as output light. The quarter wavelength plate is disposed between the polarization separation element and the mirror and has an optical axis (a3) that applies a quarter wavelength phase difference to incoming light. The adjustment unit adjusts the direction of the quarter wavelength plate optical axis. |
