The transparent window 16 is adjusted at a right angle to an optic axis 22, a cap 15 is fixed onto an insulating substrate 14 and the semiconductor laser 11 is sealing settled. An optic axis of a lens 20 is conformed to the optic axis 22 of the semiconductor laser 11, and fastened to the transparent window 16 with transparent adhesives 2 Thus, the optic axes are easily accorded while mechanical strength and stability are improved, reflection loss is decreased and this device that dispersion is few and reliability is high can be obtained. |
