英文摘要PURPOSE:To prevent the displacement of an optical axis in a semiconductor laser module device by providing a cylindrical lens in the vicinity of a laser chip mounted on a cylindrical stem and mounting an airtight window with a condensing lens via an annular spacer integrated with a mount of an optical fiber at the stem. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical lens 6 is mounted in the vicinity of a laser chip 1 mounted on a cylindrical stem 12. An airtightly sealing window 14 with a condensing lens 16 is mounted via an annular spacer 15 integrated with a mount secured concentrically with an optical fiber 4 at the stem 12. Thus, it is so constructed as to produce laser output in a central axis direction from the center of the circular stem, thereby preventing the displacement of the optical axis due to the variation of the temperature and enhancing the coupling efficiency.
