| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To perform the adjustment of an optical axis, by providing substantially a hemispherical heat sink plus a heat sink having a spherical hollow part to fit to the spherical surface of the hemispherical heat sink and setting a laser beam emitting surface at the center of the hemispherical heat sink to then rotate the laser beam emitting surface. CONSTITUTION:The 1st heat sink 22 is supported by the 2nd heat sink 23 and is rotatable and controlled so as to obtain a coincidence between the luminous flux L of a semiconductor laser beam and an axis Z. In this case, the hemisphere thickness of the sink 22 is selected so that the beam emitting point of a semiconductor laser 21 is the center of rotation. Thus the beam emitting point never gets out of the optical axis although the rotation is carried out. After an adjustment, the two heat sinks are fixed with a scrw 24 or an adhesive. In such way, only the laser beam source can be adjusted to realize an adjustment-free mechanism for a device as a whole. |
