| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To prevent the flow out of a bonding material to the other places by pouring a fixing material into a hole provided in a holder for fixing the minute parts. CONSTITUTION:A spherical lens 2, which is the minute optical part and comprises YAG, ruby, sapphire, or glass, is compressed into a holder 1 comprising Invar, copper, iron, or ceramics. The circular hole 3, in which the fixing material is poured, is provided. When the holder 1 is mounted, the center of the spherical lens 2 is agreed with the optical axis of a laser diode pellet 4. The surface of the holder 1 is pushed to surface of the tip of a stud 6. Liquid resin 10, which is fixed by heating, is poured in the hole 3 provided in the holder 1 and fixed. Since the resin 10 which is the fixing material is poured in the hole 3, the resin is not flowed out and is not attached to the surrorunding of the holder |
