英文摘要PURPOSE:To improve the precision of coupling between a photosemiconductor and optical parts and to facilitate operation by making a stud and a holder of magnetic materials and magnetizing either one. CONSTITUTION:The tip 21 of the stud and holder 21 are manufactured by using ''Invar'' and either one is magnetized. A semiconductor pellet 1 and optical parts 3 are coupled with the stud 21 and holder 42 in desired position relation respectively and the holder 42 is mounted on the stud 21; and both of them are attracted to a reference surface 6 and the holder 42 is slid laterally to decide lateral position precision by using a microgauge, etc. Then, a sticking agent is injected into a sticking agent injection opening 41 and the holder 42 and stud 21 are fixed accurately to fix the photosemiconductor device 1 and optical parts in accurate relative position relation. A stem 13, a heat sink, etc., are supported accurately during said period. Thus, the precision of the coupling between the semiconductor pellet 1 and optical parts 3 is impreved and the operation is facilitated.
