| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To keep the interval between a laser and a fiber always constant by a method wherein substrate is provided with a reinforcing member via mount, and a fiber with the projecting tip is penetrated through this member; then, in providing the semiconductor laser opposed to the fiber on the same substrate via mount, the laser mount and the substrate are made of the same material. CONSTITUTION:The fiber mount 9 is fixed on the substrate 11, and the reinforcing member 12 having a through hole is fixed thereon with solder adhesive 10. The fiber 14 is inserted in this through hole of the reinforcing member 12 with the tip being projected out by a length l The adhesive 10 and the mount 9 are retracted by a length l2 more backward than the member 12. Thereafter, the laser mount 13 is fixed on the same substrate 11, and the semiconductor laser 1 is provided thereon via heat sink 8. At this time, the mount 13 and the substrate 11 are made uniform in the coefficient of thermal expansion by the use of the same material, thus keeping the distance (g) between the laser 1 and the tip of the fiber 14 always constant. |
