| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To shorten a waiting time at a reworking time and to attain active working by turning off a heat exchanging means and its accelerating means with the delay of a prescribed period after stopping a driving body exerting influence upon a temperature-controlled subject. CONSTITUTION:A thermistor 8 to be a temperature detecting means, a comparison value setting circuit 17 for controlling the temperature of a laser diode during the operation of a body and a delaying comparison value setting circuit 18 for stopping a Peltier element 14 and a fan 3 with delay after stopping the working of the body are respectively connected to a comparator 16 in a temperature control circuit. When the power of the body is turned off, the setting of a comparing object in the comparator 16 is changed from temperature control to delay. After stopping the body, a delaying comparison value is compared with a detected value of the thermistor 8, and when both the values coincide with each other, a signal is sent to a controller 19 and both the Peltier element 14 and fan 3 are turned off. Thus, the waiting period at a reworking time can be shortened. |
