CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor laser 230 emits laser lights forward 323 and backward 23 The laser light 270 emitted from the forward 232 is incident by a condensing coupling lens 250 to an optical fiber 280. The laser light emitted from the backward 231 is received by a photodiode 210, and used to control the output light by a controller 260. Thus, a short wave band semiconductor laser having relatively good environment resistance is used to enable to place on a movable body. |
