| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To prevent the scattering of solder completely by conducting the loading of a solder material and the soldering fixing of an optical fiber in an opening formed to a post. CONSTITUTION:The free end of an optical fiber 2, which is held by a fiber guide section 5 and sealed with solder 6, is positioned by using a tool 16 in an opening 15 in a post 3 so that a required fiber output is acquired from a semiconductor laser 7. Solder 18 charged to the post 3 is irradiated by energy through an opening 17 to heat and dissolve solder 18. Heating is stopped under the state in which solder 18 is fluidized to the opening 15, and solder 18 is solidified, thus tightly constraining the optical fiber 2 to the post 3. |
