| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To prevent a substance to be fixed from positional shift due to shrinkage at the hardening of a bonding agent or a wax material, or positional shift due to unequal materials, the dispersion of temperature distribution and hardening speeds or mixing of bubbles by inserting a fixing plate having rigidity larger than that of the bonding agent or the wax material. CONSTITUTION:The fixing plate 7 for binding a fiber 6 and fixing the position is inserted into a soldering material 5 for fixing the fiber 6. To set up the fixing plate 7, the fixing plate 7 is inserted into the melted soldering material 5 or the fixing plate 7 is set up at first and then the soldering material 5 is fixed. Two kinds of materials are used for the fixing plate 7. The 1st material is a soldering plate or the like of steel, Ni or iron which is easily wetted by the soldering material 5. In this case, the fixing plate 7 is embedded into the soldering material 5 under the fixed state. The 2nd is glass, ceramics, or the like which is not wetted by the soldering material 5. These materials are removed without being left in the soldering material 5 after setting of the soldering material 5. |
