| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To increase the purity of an emission spectrum and to enable wide range variable frequency by providing the dispersion direction of a dispersed element and the active layer of a semiconductor laser element obliquely. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor laser element 1, a lens 2, an echelette diffraction grating 4 of a dispersed element and an antireflection film 5 are provided, the output light 8 from the laser element 1 is made parallel light by the lens 2, enters in the diffraction grating 4 and is dispersed, only a specific wavelength is coupled with the laser element 1 and the laser element 1 is oscillated by the wavelength. In the diffraction grating 4, the direction of a groove and the active layer 3 of the laser element 1 are provided obliquely and unnecessary light is separated so as not to be coupled with the active layer 3. Consequently, a high purity emission spectrum is oscillated, the oscillation is made stable and the range of variable frequency is made wider. |
