| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To install with high precision a heat sink on a stem main body and to allow a flattened section of the heat sink and a collapsed section of a lead to be roughly on a same plane for the low cost, easy production of highly reliable stems by a method wherein the heat sink on the stem body and the lead are subjected to a flattening process simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:An end of a heat sink 11 is installed into a fixing hole 12 bored in a stem main body 15 and, into through-holes 11 provided in the main stem body 15, leads 13a and 13b are inserted and fixed therein. A process follows wherein a flattening jig is applied to the heat sink 11 and lead 13a simultaneously for the formation of a flattened section 18 on the heat sink 11 and a collapsed section 19 on the lead 13a. The two resultant flat surfaces are to be found roughly on the same plane. For example, an end of the heat sink 11 is soldered into a fixing hole 12 provided in the stem main body 15, leads 13a and 13b are inserted into the through-holes 11 and are fixed therein by an insulating sealing material 16. Next, an end of the heat sink 11 and an end of the lead 13a are caused to abut against the face of the flattening jig, pressure is generated between the flat face and a press section positioned opposite to the flat face, for the production of the flattened section 18 and collapsed section 19 by plastic deformation. |
