| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain the stable light-coupling efficiency between a light-emitting device and an optical fiber always in the highest state by a method wherein a stem, an optical-fiber support part and a fiber-guide support part are molded as one unit. CONSTITUTION:A light-emitting device, a device support part where the light- emitting device is mounted, an optical fiber 11, an optical-fiber support part 30, a fiber guide 9 and a stem 3 are provided; the tip of the optical fiber 11 faces the radiating face of the light-emitting device. The optical-fiber support part 30 supports the optical fiber 11 in order to maintain the position of the tip part of the optical fiber; the fiber guide 9 into which the optical fiber is inserted fixes this optical fiber; the stem 3 where various components are mounted fixes these components. Furthermore, one part of the stem 3 protrudes so as to form an optical-fiber support part 3e; the circumference of the stem 3 protrudes partially so as to form a fiber-guide support part which supports and fixes the fiber guide 9. By this setup, it is possible to obtain a lightemitting device, equipped with an optical fiber, whose light output is not influenced by the temperature and which can maintain the stable light-coupling efficiency. |
