| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To reduce stress on a cylindrical lens so as to suppress generation of cracks or distortions and to improve precision and reliability in its lens unit, by forming non-weld parts, on which a fused brazing material does not stick, at prescribed regions on an internal wall of a holder. CONSTITUTION:When a brazing material 3 is used to weld a cylindrical lens 1 inside a holder 2 to manufacture a lens unit, non-weld parts on which the fused brazing material 3 does not stick are disposed at prescribed regions on an inner wall of the holder 2. Afterwards a welding process is performed there. Said non-weld parts are defined, e.g., gaps 2a which are formed at prescribed regions on the inner wall of the holder 2. For example, the cylindrical lens 1 provided with a metallized layer 4 on its side is located inside the holder 2 which is made of kovar and has gap parts 2a at its prescribed regions of the inner wall, and next an annular brazing material 3a of solder is mounted on the lens In succession, the brazing material 3a is provided with inductive heating and fused, and then cooling is performed to harden the fused brazing material 3 and fix the cylindrical lens 1 with the holder 2. |
