| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To prevent the dew condensation to a temp. control element which controls the temp. of a semiconductor light emitting element and to enable the high-speed modulation of the semiconductor light emitting element by providing the temp. control element into a package and injecting an adhesive resin into the package so as to cover this temp. control element. CONSTITUTION:The bonded body of a semiconductor laser 17 and an optical fiber 15 is housed into the package 11 in which a semiconductor cooler 20 is built and fixed to the prescribed position. The part of a hermetic sealing member 12 is soldered and fixed onto the semiconductor cooler 20. The adhesive resin 21 such as silicone rubber is injected into the package 11 contg. the semiconductor laser 17, the optical fiber 15, and the semiconductor cooler 20, etc. The dew condensation to the semiconductor cooler 20 is thereby prevented and the good temp. control is executed. The high-speed modulation of the semiconductor laser 17 is thus possible. |
