英文摘要PURPOSE:To obtain a reliable superconductive weak-binding element with im proved controllability by radiating primary diffraction light of laser to a superconductive bridge formed across the stripe of DFB laser or DBR laser. CONSTITUTION:A distribution feedback (DFB) laser or distributed Bragg reflec tion (DBR) laser reflects light vertically in reference to the substrate. Thus, if a superconductive bridge is formed on a laser stripe, a primary diffraction light is radiated on this bridge part from the diffraction grid and superconductive property at this bridge part changes to obtain a weakly-coupling property at a proper laser-light intensity. Then, this part operates as a superconductive weak-blinding part. Thus, a superconductive weakly-coupling element which can be controlled by light can be obtained by integrating the semiconductor laser and superconductive line for improved controllability.
