英文摘要PURPOSE:To obtain high optical coupling efficiency stably for a long period by interposing an annular solder layer between a flange and a mount base, and projecting laser light and fusing the solder layer. CONSTITUTION:The annular solder layer 5 is interposed between the flange 2 and mount base 4 and the laser light is projected along the flange 2 to fuse the solder layer 5. Thus, the laser light is projected along the flange of a lens holder, e.g. as shown by an arrow to fuse the solder layer, so a solder zone is heated uniformly. Residual heat stress is prevented from being generated at the part. Consequently, a creep is prevented from being generated in solidified solder and the optical coupling efficiency is prevented from varying with time.
