| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of optical coupling between an optical coupling body, such as receptacle, etc., and optoelectronic device by providing a tubular fitting guide which couples the receptacle with the optoelectronic device. CONSTITUTION:A fitting guide 4 composed of a metallic tube has a size which can be fitted to the gap 7 of an optoelectronic device 2 and the inner peripheral side of one end face is faced to the flange 15 of the cap 7. One end of the fitting guide 4 is fixed to the flange 15 of the cap 7 by ring-welding and the connecting surface of the other end of the guide 4 is brought into contact with and laser-welded to the sliding surface 12 of a receptacle 3. Therefore, the reliability of the coupling between the optoelectronic device 2 and receptacle 3 is improved and, as a result, the reliability of the optical coupling between the optical fiber fitted to the receptacle 3 and the optoelectronic device 2 is improved. |
