| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain a driving circuit with which required temperature control of a laser diode and the like while the reduction of power consumption and the facilitation of thermal design of equipment are realized by providing a Peltier element, a transformer connected to it, a current circuit, a switching circuit, a switching pulse generating circuit and a control signal generating circuit. CONSTITUTION:A Peltier element 10, a transformer 16 having a primary winding 161 whose on end is connected to a reference potential, a current circuit 13 connecting the secondary winding 162 of the transformer 16 to the Peltier element 10 and a switching circuit 20 connected to the other end of the primary winding 161 and connecting a voltage source for a voltage different from the reference voltage by a predetermined value to the other end when a switching pulse is applied to a control input are provided. Further, a switching pulse generating circuit 30 whose output is connected to the control input and which generates the switching pulse corresponding to a control signal applied to the input and control signal generating circuit 34 connected to the input of the switching pulse generating circuit 30 and generating the control signal are provided. |
