英文摘要PURPOSE:To prevent a photosemiconductor element fixation part from deteriorating by connecting the lead wire of a package where a photosemiconductor element is stored to a photosemiconductor element driving circuit or signal processing circuit by a metallic wire which has smaller rigidity than the lead wire. CONSTITUTION:The lead wire of the package where the photosemiconductor element is stored is connected to an electric circuit for photosemiconductor element driving or signal processing by the metallic wire, a metallic ribbon, or a metal netting wire which has smaller rigidity than the lead wire. Namely, the lead wire of the package where the photosemiconductor element is stored is connected to the photosemiconductor element driving circuit or signal processing circuit by the metallic wire of aluminum, etc., of about 25mum in diameter, or metallic ribbon or netting wire of about 10mum in thickness, so the photosemiconductor element fixation part is never strained as a result of the electrode connection of the photosemiconductor element. Consequently, the photosemiconductor element which is free from deterioration in optical coupling between optical components and the electric circuit for driving the photosemiconductor or signal processing are connected.
