英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain a thermoelectric cooling device which does not a resonate from a drive high frequency and whose low temperature side member is earthed in a high frequency manner by a method wherein a capacitor using a material of a low heat conductivity is connected between the low temperature side manner and a high temperature side member. CONSTITUTION:When a high-frequency element (a semiconductor laser diode) 1 being cooled by a electron cooling device 4 is being drived by a high-frequency signal source 16, a terminal 17 on one side of terminals of the source 16 is made to have a potential identical with that of a low temperature side member 7 to the element 1 and floats above the earth in a high frequency manner. A capacitor element 18 is one to connect the member 7 and high temperature side member 8 to each other in the cooling device, and short-circuits both members in a high frequency manner; at the same time, the heat conductivity of the element 18 is very low. As the potential of the member 8 is a complete earth potential, the potential of the member 7 becomes a reference potential to a high-frequency signal. Therefore, as the high-frequency signal is applied dot the element 1 without intervention of a member which is used as filter, the cooling device can be driven stable and efficiently. |
