CONSTITUTION:After a heat sink 5 is fixed to the main surface of a stem 3, the die of a press is set to a standard position being opposed to the part of the main side 6 where the submount 8 of the heat sink 5 is fixed. Then, back side 16 of the main side 6 of the heat sink 5 is pressed and pounded out to the die side with a punch, the shape of the heat sink 5 is changed, and fixing surface (standard surface) 11 being position-set is formed at the upper part of the main side 6. After that, the submount 8 with a semiconductor loser element 9 fixed to the upper surface is fixed by solder 7 to the fixing surface 1 And, this makes it possible to set the position of the fixing surface 11 of the main side 6 to the stem 3 precisely. |
