CONSTITUTION:A pair of holding members 40 are operated symmetrically bilaterally by being subjected to feedback controlling by the respective fine moving device 39. So, a small commodity can be held with uniform holding power from the right and left both sides by both holding members 40. Consequently, since the sub-chip held by the holding member 40 can be observed from the just above, in case of its being used for a pellet bonding device, for example, the sub-chip can be subjected to bonding by positioning it correctly on a stem. |
