英文摘要PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of a semiconductor laser due to an increase its output by a method wherein an ultraviolet curing resin is used for a medium which bonds an analyzer to a board on which a photodetector has been formed. CONSTITUTION:The whole face on one of analyzer 31 coated uniformly with an ultraviolet curing resin 32; they are arranged at the front of boards 13A, 13B on which photodetector mounted on a pedestal 16 have been formed; the analyzers 31 are compression-bonded in such a way that the analyzers 31 and the boards 13A, 13B are kept in parallel; after that, the analyzers are irradiated with ultraviolet rays from their front side; the ultraviolet curing resin 32 is hardened completely. Since the ultraviolet curing resin 32 is used as a bonding medium, the reflection of detection light as in the case of a metal solder and its absorption by the bonding medium can be almost neglected; the detection light quantity of a magneto-optical storage medium in an information replay operation can be detected to its maximum. Thereby, it is possible to prevent that the deterioration of a semiconductor laser 14 is promoted due to an increase in its output.
