| 英文摘要 | An optical transmitting or receiving element 16, such as a laser diode (21, fig 2, 23, fig 3) or photodiode 16, is on a film 3 at least partly covering a base plate 2 and coupled with a waveguide 5 held in a structure 4 on the base plate. The base plate 2 also has a structure 11 for receiving at least one component 12, such as a mirror, lens or optical insulator. The transmitting/receiving element 16 may be aligned by means of an adhesive 18. The component 12 may be received in a structure 11 which has a depth T less than the height H of the component. A method for producing the arrangement 1 is also provided wherein the structures 4,6,11 present in the base plate 2 are applied to a silicon wafer (31, fig 8) and transferred to a nickel die plate (27, fig 7) by electroforming. The insertable component 12 is inserted in the nickel die plate, the base plate 2 is produced, the waveguide 5 is formed and the film 3 is pressed on. Also provided is a method of producing elevations in structured planar wafers (31, fig 8) wherein a structure (11' fig 8) is etched in the wafer and the wafer piece (33,33',33'', figs 8 and 9) is inserted in the structure and joined to the wafer. |
