| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To ensure flatness of a resin in relation to heat resisting property, especially to heat cycle characteristics, and ensure reliability of optical characteristics by forming an antireflective coat film on the surface through which a beam, radiated from at least light emitting element on a transparent resin surface, is transmitted. CONSTITUTION:A materially hard AR (antireflective coat) film 13 is provided on a resin surface 12 obtained after a transparent resin 11 is molded by using, for example, MgF2, etc. The resin surface 12 is very stable in external environment. Accordingly, wavy deformation of the resin surface 12 can sufficiently be suppressed in relation to heat resisting property, especially to heat cycle characteristics, so that because there is no scattering of laser light, radiated from an LD chip 1, at the resin surface 12, an optically highly reliable element can be obtained. Further, the laser light radiated from the LD chip is transmitted through the transparent resin 11 to reach the resin surface 12. In this case, because the AR coat film 13 is provided on the resin surface 12, the light is efficiently transmitted to the outside without reflection. |
