英文摘要PURPOSE:To easily form a multiwavelength laser, in which the desired wavelengths are arranged in the desired order, using an organic metal molecular beam epitaxial method. CONSTITUTION:When an active layer, consisting of a III-V semiconductor thin film, is formed on a single substrate while a laser beam is being projected on a part of the substrate in the case where a laser structure is grown using an organic metal molecular beam epitaxial method, the active layer is grown by changing the scanning speed of laser beam scanned on a plurality of lines, or by changing the intensity of the laser beam, and a multiwavelength laser is formed.
