| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE: To obtain a switchable multichannel cavity laser device which is addressable electrically so that each reflector modulates a reflection degree by a method wherein a diffused element is positioned within n pairs of discrete reflectors and an optical path between common reflectors, and a medium enlarged optically is contained in the optical path between the diffused element and common reflections. CONSTITUTION: One end of a semiconductor laser chip 11 is provided with a reflection preventing coating 12, and a collimator lens 13 is positioned so as to receive lights transmitted from an end part which is coated to prevent reflection in the laser chip 11 and is directed to a reflection type diffracted lattice 14 as collimator beams. The diffracted lights are returned via a lens 13, and the lens directs lights of each wavelength to a separate focus apart along a line extending in a direction normal to a direction within a linear scope of a diffracted element of the diffracted lattice 14. Along this line, a linear array 15 is positioned, and this array is composed of n mirrors 16 which are electrically addressable and discrete, and each of these active mirrors 16 is cooperated with an end surface of a laser chip with no reflection prevention coating, and thereby a specific frequency band optical cavity which is determined by dimension and position of the mirror within the array 15 is defined. |
