| 英文摘要 | The coupling uses an angled side surface (4) at one end of the active zone (2) of the laser (1), formed in epitaxial layers applied to the surface of a substrate, for deflecting the laser light out from the active zone by total internal reflection. A lens (5) is formed in the opposite surface of the laser substrate, for collimating the deflected laser light and supplying it to the end face of an optical fibre (13) fitted in V-groove (12) in a silicon substrate (11). |
