| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain an optical pickup with small size and excellent mass- productivity by fixing an integrated base of such as optical waveguide and grating, moving a small sized condenser lens and forming the grating as concentric or parallel linear form. CONSTITUTION:The light radiated from a semiconductor laser 3 is propagated through a dielectric waveguide path 2 and converted into a collimated beam by a grating lens 4. Moreover, the light is radiated by a grating coupler 5 and radiated onto an optical disk 7 by an external condenser lens 6. The light reflected in the surface of the disk 7 is returned to the lens 6 and made incident on the coupler 5 and propagates the guide path 2 in the direction of light source. The progressing direction of the part of the propagated light is changed by the beam splitter 8 on its way and collected to two pairs of photodetectors 9 by a lens 4 and the signal readout, focusing and tracking are detected. The position of the lens 6 in response to the output of the photodetector is controlled in three dimension and the laser light is accurately collected on the track of the disk 7 at all times. |
