英文摘要 | In a branched resonator OPS -laser arrangement, a combination of intra-cavity optical parametric generation and intra-cavity sum-frequency mixing provides output radiation in a range between about 550 nanometers about 700 nanometers from an OPS fundamental wavelength in a range between about 900 nm and about 1100 nm. In another branched resonator OPS-laser arrangement, a combination of intra-cavity optical parametric generation and intra-cavity frequency conversion provides output radiation in a range between about 550 nanometers about 800 nanometers from an OPS fundamental wavelength in a range between about 900 nm and about 1100 nm. The external cavity VCSEL (12) comprises a semiconductor gain medium (16) and a resonator (20) comprising a KTA/RTA non linear crystal (40) for optical parametric amplification with the signal being resonant in a second resonator (24). SHG of the signal is performed in a second crystal (44A) or SFG between signal and fundamental in a LBO crystal (44). |
