| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To record at a high speed even when semiconductor lasers are used as a light source by providing a plurality of semiconductor lasers so that the central luminous fluxes irradiated from the lasers cross at desired position and disposing a focusing optical system for focusing the luminous flux. CONSTITUTION:The light irradiating surfaces and the incident end face of an optical waveguide of paired semiconductor lasers are provided at an optically conjugate positions with respect to a focusing lens 18. That is, the light irradiating surface 1a of the laser and the optical incident end face 15a of an optical fiber, similarly 1b and 15b, 1c and 15c. 1d and 15d, 1e and 15e are provided at optically conjugate positions with respect to the lens 18. A recording velocity can be accelerated by using such lasers and optical waveguide integrated unit. |
