| 英文摘要 | A V-shaped groove, which is truncated, is formed in a semiconductor composite body by means of a method for producing a semiconductor laser. This truncated V-shaped groove is produced on the semiconductor composite body in the [011] direction. The base surface of this surface is located in the (100) plane. In this way, a double-hetero junction structure is grown epitaxially in the groove, completely and conveniently. |
