Theoptical device circuit includes a semiconductor laserdiode 1; an optical modulator 2 for modulating outputlight of the semiconductor laser diode 1; resistor means5 which is connected to the laser diode 1 and operatesas a resistor in a high frequency range; commonconnection means connected in common to thesemiconductor laser diode 1 and to the optical modulator2; impedance means or signal reflection means 8connected to the common connection means 3; and groundmeans connected to the impedance means or the signalreflection means. |
