| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To maintain stable oscillation by equipping a semiconductor laser near the tip of a cantilever of small-sized simple structure, and providing a semiconductor exciting device which excits the cantilever. CONSTITUTION:The semiconductor laser 10 is equipped near the tip of the metallic cantilever 150 in a rectangular prism shape through an auxiliary heat sink 130 by soldering, etc. The metallic cantilever 150 is fixed at one side by a clamper 170 made of the same metallic material or separately worked metal, and a couple of electrostrictive element plates 140a equipped with electrodes which extends and contract by an electrostrictive effect on both surfaces are stuck at different positions from the semiconductor laser 10 in the length-wise direction 220 of the metallic cantilever 150. Lead lines 230a and 230b are led out from electrodes of the electrostrictive elements 140a which are not in contact with the metallic cantilever 150 to lead out or apply voltages from or to the electrodes. |
